Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our network of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse contracted through Alto Health Care Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and more. This flexible role offers the freedom to choose your assignments based on your availability and preferences.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques to promote wellness and recovery.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team to optimize patient care delivery.
Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and empathy in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Current and valid RN license in the state(s) of practice or Compact license.
Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be preferred based on assignment requirements.
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively in diverse healthcare settings.
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on assignment requirements.
