We are hiring an Assistant Manager for Mohegan Lake financial center, located at 3563 Mohegan Ave. Must be able to train at our Administrative Offices in Latham, NY.

Starting pay, $70-80k based on experience.

Business Hours: Monday & Tuesday 9am 4:30pm, Wednesday 8am to 4:30pm, Thursday & Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm. Employees are scheduled 36-40 hours per week with rotating Saturdays off. Actual shift may vary based on branch opening/closing/balancing needs.

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that the financial center is run in an efficient and productive manner, while maintaining compliance with overall credit union policies and procedures. Promotes and participates in a sales and service culture consistent with the credit unions mission of exceeding member expectations. Serves as a leader and role model to member service staff, effectively creating a high quality work environment where they are motivated to perform at their highest levels. Provides leadership and enhances, develops, implements, and/or enforces policies and procedures that improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the branch.

Candidates should have a high school diploma/equivalent or higher plus prior experience in a financial institution. Supervisory experience and exposure to the Teller function to become familiar with routine policies, procedures and terminology is preferred.
