What you'll need to have
5 years of experience working in a retail and/or logistics role on a tactical and operational level, including previous management experience of leading others with a proven record of successful leadership of people and business.
Experience working through others, setting priorities, delegating responsibility and giving open and honest feedback.
Experience setting and implementing action plans, providing clear direction and follow-up on stated goals.
Experience with meeting agreed budgets and goals and working on plans over several years.
Your responsibilities

Contributes to a seamless customer experience with a safe, effective and efficient goods flow process by taking direct responsibility for the following:

Secures a living capacity plan and an effective, qualitative, and efficient goods flow process. This includes, goods receiving, replenishment, and order fulfillment and enables an excellent customer shopping experience through maintaining the Self Service warehouse, product quality, and on time order fulfillment.
Secures the highest goods availability to enable customer order fulfillment at the lowest possible cost, in collaboration with external service providers and internal partners.
Contributes to the development of local business and logistics action plans and ensures their implement goods flow processes.
Secures close cooperation and strong communication with various transport planning departments in order to optimize the Inbound and Outbound deliveries.

Contributes to achieving long-term profitability in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way by take relevant actions to lower environmental impact.
