The Deamer Group is excited to partner with Spectrum Analytic Consulting in its search for a Registered Behavior Technician to work with a client in-home in the Snellville GA 30078 area!
This position is PART TIME. Monday - Tuesday & Thursday- Friday 4:00pmPM-7:00PM, Saturdadys After 12PM

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in the home setting and working with clients on individual learning skills and behavior. The RBT will work with clients on behavior management and assist in the implementation of the principles of ABA therapy. The RBT will work closely with other RBT's and colleagues to implement ABA treatment plans.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide 1:1 instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy.
  • Collect and graph session data, implementing behavior intervention plans.
  • Timely submission of bi-monthly required documentation.
  • Communicate problematic clinical issues with respective supervisor.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on shared cases on a regular basis.
  • Write session notes within 24 hours of services rendered.
  • Professionally represents Spectrum Analytic consulting when engaging with the public.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Registered Behavior Technician or BCaBA preferred
  • CPR certification
  • 1 to 2 years of experience working with children
  • Must have a valid driver's license, and insured personal transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work alone while maintaining a sense of teamwork
  • Ability to maintain a safe environment for students and staff
  • Must have the ability to read, write and speak English fluently

JOB TYPE: Part-time
PAY: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
