Description
Carrier Process Equipment Group (CPEG), is a Louisville based company with multiple businesses specializing in material handling and processing equipment. We are looking for the BEST Office Managers to help us grow our business at Heyl Patterson Thermal Processing in Pittsburgh. We prefer someone who is a self-motivator with outstanding organizational skills in an industrial business setting. We want a goal and detail-oriented individual who cares about the work they do.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with Flex Hours (Can start work from 6 to 9 a.m.)
Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain company network filing structure.
• Organize and maintain company calendar schedules.
• Coordinate outside office visits and internal announcements.
• Act as company liaison in HR-based activities.
• Coordinate offsite storage requests.
• Complete various company databases.
• Organize company activities.
• Answer the main telephone and transfer calls.
• Fulfill USPS and/or courier shipping requests.
• Manage multiple activities with multiple priorities.
• Track & maintain office supply stock.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize.
• Proficient knowledge of computer software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).

Salary Description
$18 an hour
