The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Wesley Chapel, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment. The RBT will work closely with BCBAs to implement behavior intervention plans and support the development and progress of our clients.
What You'll Do:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs.
- Collect data on client progress and provide feedback to the supervising BCBA.
- Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments.
- Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in both public and private school settings in the Pasco-Hernando region.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
RBT Development:
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Training Cohorts for RBTs pursuing higher certifications: Learn with a team of peers pursuing the same goals
- Concentrated supervision from practicum approved BCBAs
- Dedicated opportunities for unrestricted/restricted clinical hours towards analyst certification.
- Centralized caseloads (within 20 minutes of preferred work area)
- Diverse caseload settings including public/private and early learning settings.
- Work with the Director and Assistant Directors for support with caseload development and coordination.
