This is a hybrid position where you will be required to work in the office 1-3 times per week in Minneapolis

The Sr Account Manager - Manufacturing is a newly created role that will lead and support the Additive Manufacturing Sales Department by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, working cross-functionally with external sales team members, lead generation, and becoming a subject matter expert in industry knowledge.

Job Description Actively participate in the innovation of new techniques and strategies for securing new accounts while still utilizing established techniques such as cold calling. Partner with internal and external sales team members to develop a strategic plan for prioritizing and identifying accounts, developing territories, prospect leads, referrals, projects, and any other business needs. Develop strategies and effectively communicate company values, 3D printing offerings, and proposals to the customers key stakeholders and overcome objections. Create go-to-market strategies for company packages and solutions. Proactively track, utilize, and maintain all data in our corporate CRM database Achieve monthly/quarterly pipeline activity metrics and KPI goals set by sales management individually and for your team. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal and external team members through excellent communication, rapport with decision-makers, and follow-up contacts. Remain knowledgeable and current on product industry trends and updates along with developing sales pitches for products and services, becoming a subject matter expert for the team. Mentor and support team members to achieve individual and team growth. Qualifications

3-5+ Years of sales experience, phone-based lead generation, marketing, or business experience preferred. Associate or Bachelors Degree in marketing, business, or related major and technical aptitude. Must have experience in the Additive Manufacturing Industry. Experience or knowledge in 3D printing sales preferred. Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Must have the ability to work with time-sensitive deadlines, multi-task, and meet project and corporate goals while working in stressful situations. Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently with focus and discipline to achieve the customer and company goals. Must be able to process information gathered quickly and effectively to overcome objections. Must have problem-solving, critical thinking, presentation, and professionalism skills. Must be able to host and/or attend virtual or in-person learning events to promote sales or other business needs. Proven experience leading a team.
