Job Description:
Pay Range: $17.90hr - $22.90hr
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate student employment-related activities, including but not limited to preparing and posting jobs, processing background checks, managing student employment mailbox, etc.
  • Educate and assist students with necessary steps related to the student employment process.
  • Interact with students via email and phone, addressing questions or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain candidate database; handle records and paperwork.
  • Ensure students complete onboarding paperwork timely.
  • ssist with student onboarding process (e.g., preparing documents, meeting with new hires, submitting IT access requests, etc.).
  • Plan & and organize on-campus job fairs in partnership with Financial Aid and Career Services.
  • ssist in recruiting activities as needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • ssociate Degree in Human Resources Manage mentor related field.
  • One year of Human Resources, administrative, or clerical experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages(screening, interview, onboarding).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
