SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The Plunger Lift Regional Operations Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of standardized policies and procedures across all of Endurance Lift Solutions plunger lift service operations to ensure the service teams are set up to deliver customer success.

The role champions strategy development and initiative prioritization for the Endurance plunger lift service organization, and leads internal visibility and communication efforts for this team. The position works cross-functionally to measure, monitor, and improve the service operations process effectiveness in alignment with Endurance Lift Solutions business objectives.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Business Results & Performance
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of Endurance strategic initiatives and objectives.
  • Establish appropriate KPIs and drive service performance and improvement
  • Participate in the business continuous improvement program ensuring it is embraced and supported by - the service operations team.
  • Plan, prepare and deploy departmental budget and manage processes to forecast expenses, explain variances, mitigate negative variances and continuously reduce cost.
  • Ensure business performance or issues are communicated to all service operations team members.
Operational
  • Provide management and leadership for the Endurance service operations function.
  • Provide support to our sales team and customers to ensure all service demands are being met to drive overall customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Endurance Supply Chain team to identify and implement standardized processes for materials management and control that maximizes customer service while ensuring effective use of inventory and other resources.
  • Partner with the Endurance Quality team to identify and implement standardized processes for Quality management and control that are aligned to deliver best in class customer experience.
  • Identify potential product issues, improvement opportunities and new product offerings to ensure Endurance has the best product portfolio available in the market through a partnership with the Engineering Team.
  • Actively promote Environmental, Health & Safety throughout the service operation team and ensure all requirements are fulfilled in accordance with established requirements
  • Assume primary responsibility for executing major operational and strategic initiatives across Endurance service operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures for ethics and corporate governance, and all national and international laws and regulations.

Organization & Talent Development
  • Responsible for all assigned service locations' operations and performance.
  • Develop a world-class service function within Endurance by bringing together staff with appropriate field service and artificial lift backgrounds.
  • Develop operations staffing plans that ensure readiness to meet customer and business demands in a cost efficient manner.
  • Lead the service team in a manner that will facilitate their engagement and development, identifying training needs, performance improvement and opportunities for development.
Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Education/Training:
  • High school degree with at least 15 years oil & gas experience
Experience:
  • Eight (8) or more years of experience in an oil field service environment, preferably to include artificial lift technologies.
  • Five (5) or more years of leadership experience in a multi-site oil service/repair environment.
  • Proven track record for driving continuous improvement in a multi-site service/repair environment.
  • Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams in problem solving, process improvements and solution implementation.
Knowledge/Skills:
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment
  • An excellent communicator, creative, data driven with good interpersonal, mentoring and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of modern ERP systems
  • Working knowledge Microsoft office programs
Travel Requirements: Up to 50%

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work environment is typically considered in an office environment located on-site, within a Endurance location during normal or extended business hours. Work environment may also include employee's residence, customer site & meeting venues, extensive time off site while traveling or to other location as required.
