Clinical Supervisor

Pathway Family Services, LLC. provides resources for youth and families through their Independent Living Program, TRAIL (Teens Reaching Adult Independent Living), Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility, Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP), outpatient services and specialized foster care services. 


Qualifications:

Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy. Requires child assessment and treatment experience, including children or adolescents with SED, preferably in mental health or child welfare setting. Supervisory experience strongly preferred.


Advanced clinical licensure in field of study (LSCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LCMFT).


Must be at least 21 years of age based on state requirement of being at least 3 years older than the oldest resident. Valid driver’s license and meet agency underwriting standards.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide direct clinical supervision to Aftercare and Treatment Foster Care employees in need of receiving clinical supervision and provide clinical and administrative supervision of clinical staff.

  • Clinical and administrative supervision of clinicians assigned by the Program Director. 
  • Provide feedback for assigned clinicians.
  • Review clinical documentation for assigned employee as per agency policy and BSRB guidelines.
  • Follow expectations of BSRB training plan.
