<strong>Job Summary: </strong>The Quality Assurance Manager plays a crucial part in ensuring that all processes, procedures, and deliverables meet the required quality standards of Elecnor Hawkeye Quality Management System (EHMS) and those contractually defined. They provide oversight of the quality management system and the data inputted by the project team, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Manage and coordinate the development and improvement of an ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system.</li><li>Manage and coordinate the development of processes within the quality management system.</li><li>Ensure QMS orientation training is conducted and documented for all new hires.</li><li>Manage and develop document relevant to the quality management system.</li><li>Support the internal and external audit process of the quality management system.</li><li>Oversee and assist the preparation of Quality Program documents (Operator Qualification Tracker, ITPs, etc.) with coordination the Site Quality representatives.</li><li>Perform project-related setup, training and maintenance of improvement tools.</li><li>Train personnel on the Quality Management System.</li><li>Support Site Quality representative with maintaining their Project Quality Program.</li><li>Define, coordinate and implement corrective actions for identified observations.</li><li>Support, encourage and implement information transfer of knowledge within the organization.</li><li>Perform project-related supervision of the project quality program.</li><li>Manage audit follow-up measures resulting from findings such as Non-Conformity (NC), observations, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Assist in the management of the Lessons Learned process and observation tool.</li><li>Manage and mentor Quality personnel as assigned.</li><li>Promote a quality culture within the organization.</li></ul><br><strong> Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience in quality management.</li><li>15+ years of construction management experience is preferred.</li><li>2+ years of managerial experience required.</li><li>Knowledge and experience in the electrical and natural gas industry would be a strong asset.</li><li>Experience in conducting audits of Quality Management Programs.</li><li>Familiarity with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.</li><li>High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and effective time management to meet deadlines.</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Visio, and GoFormz.</li></ul>
