Pre-operation inspection and audits, ATP testing. Lab set up and calibrations.<p>- Line checks. Monitor line quality and conditions. Maintain and insure accurate<p>production paperwork. Paperwork verification throughout shift and post<p>production.<p>- Daily and 24-Hour Product Testing.<p>- HACCP review. SOP review. Gold sheet process. Document control and record<p>maintenance.<p>- Incoming inspection program. Review C of A’s for incoming ingredients.<p>Supplier verification paperwork.<p>- Plant Audits.<p>- Identity preserved programs paperwork support. JDE support. Trace Gains<p>support. Devex support.<p>- Testing. Retain Shelf-Life Maintenance and testing. EMP testing. Gluten<p>testing. Etc.<p>- Promote and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.<span>  </span>Support<p>the Safety Committee.
