Position Overview: We are seeking a Junior Estimator to join a growing team at a reputable commercial construction company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a proven work history with commercial construction projects. Being a team player while also having the ability to work independently is essential!

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction, including labor and material expenses.
• Write and present budgets, reports, and project plans.
• Develop and manage estimates for multiple, simultaneous projects.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams while also being able to work autonomously.

Estimator Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects.
• A B.S. in Construction Management or a related degree is strongly preferred.
• Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze and organize data in a timely manner.
