Essential functions:
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Inspect, load, transport and deliver vehicles to and from automotive plants, dealerships, car rental companies, and rail yards
- Communicate with managers, employees, customers
- Compile and complete transfer paperwork
- Prioritize delivery of units consistent with customer requirements and maximum productivity, in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class-A driving experience
- No previous history of suspension, revocation or cancellation of driving privilege, as a result of moving traffic violations or vehicle accidents within the past 3 years
- Must possess the required CDL endorsements for operating a tractor/trailer with air breaks
- No combination of three (3) or more moving violations, convictions or preventable accidents in the past 36 months
- No involvement in a preventable rear-end accident within the last two (2) years
