Therapist needed for full-time (M-F, 8a-4p), temp to perm or permanent position in Clayton County.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing therapy for Consumers on the ACT Team
- Assess and knowledge completing 1013 when required
- Complete Initial and Comprehensive Assessments
- Assist with the Referrals.
- able to Complete Treatment Plans when needed and/or requested
- Participate in ACT Fidelity Review
- Participate in ASO Audit
- Participate in CARF Review
Position Requirements
Requires LCSW or LMSW, a Master's degree in social work and experience in the field of counseling or substance abuse.
Fully licensed or have an associate license.
