Role: Kinaxis Lead/ Technofunctional Consultant
Location : San Jose, CA
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Implementation:
  • Lead the definition and design of technical and functional solutions leveraging Kinaxis Rapid Response/ Maestro to address Supply Chain business challenges.
  • Collaborate with business owners, architects, and product teams to implement and enhance Kinaxis RR/ Maestro functionalities.
Drive the integration of Kinaxis solutions with other Supply Chain systems and business functions.
Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the product development team responsible for delivering Kinaxis RR/ Maestro solutions.
Foster a culture of software craftsmanship within the Kinaxis development and configuration community.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate with various product teams and Kinaxis platform experts to provide technical support and guidance on Kinaxis solutions.
Solution Optimization:
  • Work with Kinaxis, Enterprise architecture, and product teams to implement the Kinaxis platform approach.
Partner with Kinaxis and business owners to evaluate and recommend suitable versions for new service upgrades and architecture releases.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Kinaxis Certification : Kinaxis Author Level 3 certification
Kinaxis certification in Solution Consultancy for Supply Chain Management (or relevant sub-functions like Sales, Production & Capacity Planning, Material Forecasting, Constraints Management, Demand Planning, S&OP).
Experience:
  • Overal 10+ years of experience of relevant IT experience and 7+ years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams in Kinaxis configuration and implementation projects.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Kinaxis Rapid Response/ Maestro solutions within a large enterprise environment.
Supply Chain Expertise:
Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management principles and best practices, including Sales & Operations Management, Material Forecasting, Constraints Management, and related business functions.
Technical Skills:
  • Proven technical aptitude and experience in software configuration, architecture, infrastructure, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Agile product delivery methodologies.
Strong technical skills in software development, integration, and configuration.
Leadership:
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in managing stakeholders effectively.
  • Self-Motivation & Adaptability: Strong self-starter with a proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges quickly.

Integration & SaaS Experience: Prior experience implementing integrations and managing SaaS products within a complex enterprise environment.
