Job Description
Carlisle Construction Materials Incorporated , a worldwide leading diversified manufacturer of premium building products and related technology has an immediate opening for a Design Analyst to join our Project Review team.In this position, daily, the employee will perform the following activities. Review and approve submitted project applications for warranty, respond to email and telephone technical inquiries related to Carlisle installation design and application procedures, building code requirements, and wind design. Additionally, this position requires the employee to author letters on behalf of Carlisle Construction Materials outlining roof system assemblies for warranty consideration including but not limited to such things as roof system assembly designs, uplift performance, building code and insurance compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve submitted project files for warranty.
  • Respond via telephone, email and/or formal writing to technical inquiries related to design, code and insurance compliance requirements.
  • Participate in job site visits to evaluate field conditions and offer necessary design options.
  • As required, assist in updating specification and code approval guide materials
  • Technical and Warranty Services annual improvement project initiatives.

Education Experience Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma Required, Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant business experience
