Overview
The Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) will provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work on a per diem basis.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care:
    • Assess patients' physical and emotional status.
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
    • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
    • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.
    • Assist with patient activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Documentation:
    • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record.
    • Maintain detailed and organized patient charts.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare providers, and patients' families to ensure optimal patient care.
    • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Quality Improvement:
    • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in performance evaluations.
    • Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Professional Development:
    • Maintain current nursing licensure and certifications.
    • Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance nursing skills.
Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited nursing program.
    • Current and valid nursing license in the state of [State].
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
