Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced, self-directed, Technical Program Manager (PM) to support the United States Air Force Central Command (USAFCENT) Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) Information Technology (IT) Support Services contract. As a member of our team, you will help to assist USAFCENT and deployed forces in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow, communications, and connectivity throughout the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility.

The PM will manage project requirements, scope, budget, schedule, and performance.Monitor, adjust and report on project performance, budget, and schedule. The PM shall provide agreed to scheduled interim progress reviews with the Government and assist with proposing, implementing, and enforcing Government policies, standards, and methodologies.Responsible for either developing or supervising the preparation of studies, reports, and acquisition documents. The PM shall work from the latest Government approved version of the Project Management Processes (PMP).Maintain detail SOP's and Include milestones, tasks, and subtasks required. Provide an overall Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with a minimum of three levels and associated responsibilities and partnerships between Government and contractor organizations.

  • Some positions may require shift work and/or an ability to work a non-standard work schedule to support the customer and mission.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive and intensive experience in program management.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PgMP) OR PMI Project Management Professional OR AAPM Master Project Manager (MPM) is a required certification.
  • ITIL Foundations Certification
  • Candidates require a working knowledge of Federal Acquisition law, regulations, policies and procedures, including substantial involvement in a major acquisition effort.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, a Mathematics-intensive discipline, or a major field of study which either provides substantial knowledge useful in managing large, complex Automated Information System (AIS) projects or is closely related to the work as described and required by the task. Substantial experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirement.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Air Force Information Technology Operational Experience
  • MBA/MS in Business, Program Management or related field
Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Secret required.
  • Top Secret is preferred.
