Tasca Chevrolet in Wheeling is seeking talented and outgoing individuals to join our successful team as a Service BDC Representative. You will be responsible for handling service department calls, emails and leads while maintaining a quality relationship with our current customer base. Full training available. Great opportunity! Responsibilities
  • Serve as liaison and communicate effectively between the Service department and customers.
  • Contact customers regarding repairs, estimated pick-up times.
  • Take incoming service calls.
  • Schedule service appointments.
  • Inform customers of rental car policies and guidelines.
  • Check e-mails and promptly respond to inquiries.
  • Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet the goals of bringing customers into service department.
  • Attend training as requested by manager.
  • Follows script and instructions from a supervisor.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent team player with collaborative attitude and eagerness to grow professionally
  • Pleasant, engaging, professional phone manner
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Willing to learn and be driven to achieve goals
  • Strong PC and internet skills
  • Maintains professional appearance
  • Ability to follow instructions and receive feedback from supervisor and managers
  • Interact effectively and professionally with co-workers
  • Understand and follow company policy and procedures
  • Automotive dealership experience a plus
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
  • Must pass pre-employment background checks and screenings
