Job Description Job Description Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include stacking corrugated product, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company.
We are looking to fill the following positions:

• Foam Laborer
• Press Helper
• Forklift Operator
• Glue Handler

Candidates for consideration must be able to do the following: 1. Work safely and follow Safety rules and regulations. 2. Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific directions, operate power hand tools, and other duties assigned. 3. Maintain a clean work environment. 4. Be able to lift, push, or pull, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel through the entire shift. 5. Be willing to work your assigned shift. 6. Be willing to work Overtime, as it may be required on occasion. 7. Work in a non-climate-controlled environment(hot/cold) 8. Stand on their feet for up to 12 hours per day. 9. Must have basic math and computer skills, be able to read a tape measure, and be able to read/write/communicate in English. Preferred Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Military or Technical school a plus. 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment. ability to pass a background check and a drug screen
