Job Summary:
  High impact individual who leads and motivates a team consisting of assembly and machining operations.
  Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safe working conditions and drive safety improvements
  • Conduct and follow up on daily production audits to ensure the highest quality production
  • Drive productivity and quality improvements through observation and employee feedback
  • Track and report daily production goals within their department
  • Create performance and development goals for employees
  • Create and improve Standard Operating Procedures
  • Balance and organize workflow and throughput
  • Create and conduct cross-training programs
  • Drive employee engagement through individual and group discussions and conflict management
  • Work with HR to ensure all company policies and policy changes are communicated.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies with spot coaching and disciplinary action if needed.

  • Confidence in upholding company policies and guidelines
  • Communicate effectively both to upper management but direct associates
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, and Word (Smart Sheet a plus)
  • High school or equivalent required
Education Requirements: Min/Preferred Education Level Description Minimum 2 Year / Associate Degree Minimum associate degree preferred or equivalent experience in a leadership role.
