Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manufacturing and preparing the rubber components and layers for agricultural tires.
- Operating different production machines, and doing minimal preventative maintenance.
- Quality inspection of the components to make sure the parts are up to company and client standards.
- Prepares and organizes components for final assembly.
- Completes any necessary paperwork or production related documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Previous experience in machine operation preferred
- Able to lift up to 75lbs on a regular basis
- Able to work in a fast paced team environment
- Detail oriented
- Mechanically inclined
Benefits:
- Double time on Sundays and double time after 10 hours worked each day
- At completion of hours and transfer to Direct Hire = $21.00/hour
- At completion of 6 months from the transfer to Direct Hire = $2,000 Bonus
- If the Tire Builder completes and is signed off on both sides of the Tire Building Machine = $22.00/hour
- When transition to Direct Hire, receive 3 weeks of vacation, and all the rest of the benefits including Dental, Medical, Vision, Life Insurance and 401k
- 3rd shift premium still applies at $0.85/hour
