There are multiple levels open (entry, Senior, Principal) with entry starting at $75,000/yr and increasing depending on experience.<br><br><strong>What They Offer:</strong><br><ul><li>Full benefits package - Medical, Dental, Vision, EAP, 401k Match</li><li>Paid Holidays</li><li>Progressive PTO Plan</li></ul><br><strong>What You Need:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in related field</li><li>3+ years in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environment</li><li>Experience bringing in or assisting with new lines and product launches</li><li>Experience in a highly automated environment</li><li>Project Management experience is a plus</li><li>Experience with lean manufacturing is a plus</li><li>Experience with CNC is a plus</li></ul><br><strong>What Your Role Will Look Like:</strong><br><br>The primary responsibility of the <strong>Production Manufacturing Engineer</strong> is to assist in the functions of production and manufacturing engineering including production support, capital procurement, process improvement, facility flow optimization, and total cost efficiency.<br><ul><li>Assist with new launch activities</li><li>Assist with Capital Expenditure Planning and Execution </li><li>Implement and manage proper controls for Automated Processes and Traceability Controls</li><li>Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of new lines into existing operations.</li><li>Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Implement lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other process improvement techniques.</li><li>Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.</li><li>Select, procure, and install necessary equipment and tooling for new manufacturing lines.</li><li>Monitor and analyze production data to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop and maintain quality standards.</li><li>Develop comprehensive training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes and workflows.</li><li>Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Utilize data-driven approaches to measure and enhance production performance.</li></ul>
