Responsibilities:
1. Mentor and develop production personnel.
2. Ensure production personnel receive appropriate technological, production, and customer service training.
3. Resolve customer issues.
4. Conduct weekly 10 minutes flash meeting training, safety, and issues.
5. Perform site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and job site quality.
6. Resolve documentation related issues identified by the administrative team.
7. Improve overall documentation and communication within the department.
8. Perform site visits for estimate requests.
9. Build a Team philosophy and work with other departments to strengthen the overall Team.
10. Lead daily WIP meetings.
11. Manage and develop people reporting to you.
12. Perform annual and semiannual review of direct reports.

Requirements
- 3-5 years managing a team of up to 3 direct reports.
- Leadership skills as evidenced by work experience or extracurricular activities.
- Effective written and oral communication.
- Problem solving and solution based thinking.
- Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
- High school diploma/GED.
- IICRC certifications preferred.
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
