As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.<p><b><b>Your Key Responsibilities</b></b><p><ul><li> Responsible for facility, production equipment and building/ machine life cycle </li> </ul> <ul><li> <ul><li> Requirement specification review during investment process </li> <li> Purchasing and installation of equipment </li> <li> Maintenance of equipment </li> <li> Maintenance strategies including predictive, condition monitoring, advanced trouble shooting and digital solutions </li> <li> Technical availability </li> <li> Manufacturing sustainability </li> <li> Upgrade spare part requirements for equipment (Obsolence solutions) </li> <li> Overhaul for machines to improve technical availability, quality and thruput </li> </ul> </li> </ul><p><b><b>Your Qualifications</b></b><p><ul><li> Minimum: Four-year degree in Engineering, Prefer: Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics </li> <li> 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or technology field, preferably in maintenance </li> <li> Knowledge of control systems (example: PLCs, Automation) </li> <li> Knowledge of regulatory requirements (example: OSHA, EPA) </li> <li> Knowledge of power distribution systems </li> <li> Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li> <li> Analytical thinking skills </li> <li> Goal and results oriented </li> <li> Strong problem solving and decision-making skills </li> <li> Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949:2016 </li> <li> Knowledge of CMMS, SAP preferred </li> <li> Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite </li> <li> Ability to travel up to 10% </li> </ul><p>As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
