Production Associate

<p>Detailed Description</p> <p>Hourly Rate: $16.00/hr. plus $.0.50 shift differential for working 2nd shift. </p> <p>Shift / Schedule: 2^nd Shift hours 3:45 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., Tuesday through Friday.</p> <p> (OT on Saturdays based on needs of the business).</p> <p>The Production Associate will be on all lines to ensure production standards are met. Perform duties to operate manual and/or automated equipment to complete assembly of aerosol cans.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operate automated capper and tuber to place caps and/or locate tubes as specified on work order.</li> <li>Operate automated spouter to place spout on product.</li> <li>Perform minor adjustments to equipment to place caps and locate tubes and properly place spouts.</li> <li>Place caps, tips, and spouts on aerosol cans individually and manually or in a series to complete specified product.</li> <li>Clear minor jams on equipment.</li> <li>Notify shift lead or maintenance team of major adjustments or problems.</li> <li>Inspect components and/or completed product for damage and to maintain quality standards.</li> <li>Pack completed product into cartons.</li> <li>Strip defective labels from cans for re-labeling.</li> <li>Staple corrugated cartons manually.</li> <li>Employees must be able to be a team player and give and receive instructions.</li> <li>Work well with others.</li> <li>Work from production line sheets and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)</li> <li>Follow safety rules and keep work area clean and orderly.</li> <li>Perform all other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/YmJnZW5lcmljLjUwMjg3LjEyNTI0QGFkcGNvbXAuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif">
