Since opening our doors in 1996, <strong>Revolution</strong> has partnered exclusively with dance studios and schools across North America and Canada.<br><br>The Product Development Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our product development process from concept to final production, ensuring the highest quality and adherence to our esteemed brand standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Revolution is a leader in the dance industry, join us to be part of our Mission "Making Passion Possible".<br><br><ul><li>Manage and update the Work in Process (WIP) report for all stages of product development, including but not limited to cost, samples, strike-offs, lab dips, testing, samples, and purchase orders.</li><li>Work closely with design, sourcing, merchandising, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.</li><li>Assist in communicating with suppliers and manufacturers regarding sample development, production timelines, and quality issues.</li><li>Maintain active vendor file folders.</li><li>Maintain PLM system with including but not limited to shipping descriptions, fabric content, final specifications, spec sheet, costing, and vendor information.</li></ul><br><strong>New grads welcome to apply. </strong> Candidates will manage multiple brands and various projects. Having flexibility and being able to adapt to changing priorities and assignments is essential.
