- Coordinate responses to incidents, errors, and sentinel events, providing support to the DON and Nurse Manager as needed.
- Provide direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary and/or assigned.
- Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least one year of acute psychiatric experience and one year of management experience.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
