Role:

The Associate Account Director provides account or project leadership, while ensuring all departments work together to provide our clients with the highest level of service. In addition to leading and managing projects, they should independently anticipate client needs and formulate a POV, and establish credibility as a business partner beyond project execution.

Location: Philadelphia/Hybrid

Areas of Focus:

Partners tightly with the core integrated agency team from strategy through execution. Can elevate above the weeds, while still focused on seamless execution. Can identify key issues & opportunities, and work with SVP, Account Director or MD, Account Management to inform Client or agency team of implications and potential actions required Displays strategic confidence and sound logic in developing a POV Help contribute to the development of scopes and the management of account financials. Lead projects independently, with limited senior management involvement, understanding the processes and resources required to execute a project effectively and efficiently. Oversees and leads internal and client teams across full-scale production. Supports and rallies behind stand apart ideas by nurturing, shaping and protecting them. Provides top-level client contact/relationships; staying in regular contact with clients about their business and needs. Mentors junior to mid-level AM staff. Keeps MD, AM and SVP, AD informed on key initiatives and account concerns.

Qualifications/Traits:

BA/BS Degree in Communications, Marketing or Advertising 8+ years of agency account management experience Possess an innate curiosity, keen insight and unyielding passion for our industry Ability to think big, but also translate into meaningful, insightful and actionable steps Confident and resourceful, can function with minimal supervision
