Apply Today!Job Summary and QualificationsHome Health AideUnder the supervision of a professional nurse, provides direct care topatients. Assists in meeting thepatient’spersonal needs while treating thepatientwith respect and dignity.What you will do in this role:Assistspatientswith the activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and getting to and from activities and meals according to thepatientcare/service plan. Documents the delivery of quality care in thepatient’sclinical record. Implementspatientcare that is appropriately documented; maintains confidentiality at all times. Maintains consistent and concise lines of authority and responsibility with effective communication that promotes a positive working relationship withpatients, families, and co-workers. Identifies changes inpatientstatus or needs and communicates to the nurse timely.What qualifications you will need: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Minimum of one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience Previous experience in a health care setting is preferred Reliable transportation and proof of valid automobile liability insurance Must have valid driver’s license Healthcare at Home is a service line from HCA healthcare.
