Property Manager - San Francisco Bay Area or South San Francisco - $100K to $145K + Bonus Senior Property Manager - San Carlos or South San Francisco - $130K to $165K + Bonus

Property Manager JD: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage all day-to-day property management functions, including but not limited to, inspection of property and tenant spaces, building operations and administration, and tenant relations. Oversee and manage facilities maintenance, tenant improvement, and capital projects, adhering to maintenance schedule, timeline, and budget accordingly. Oversee and manage third-party vendors, including building engineers and on-site contractors. Participate in financial operations of the portfolio, including accounting and financial reporting, scheduled reporting requirements, reconciliation of financial statements and operating expenses, rent collection, and development of operating budgets. Participate in property operations set-up, to include back-of-the house operations, major building equipment commissioning, and operations and engineering team oversight. Build relationships and communicate with tenants, address concerns or requests in a timely manner. Attend tenant engagement or industry related events. Guide and mentor the property management team. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 5 years of property management or similar experience. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or commensurate with experience. Advanced proficiency in MS Office. Must hold strong communication skills. Strong technical knowledge of building and property operations required experience with full life cycle of building a plus. Experience with real estate proprietary software is preferred. Experience with technical commercial building system applications is preferred.

Senior Property Manager JD: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of portfolio, including all aspects of property management, to ensure smooth tenant relations and efficient operations of portfolio. Manage financial operations of the portfolio, including accounting and financial reporting, scheduled reporting requirements, reconciliation of financial statements and operating expenses, rent collection, and development of operating budgets. Develop and mentor the property management team as part of talent development for continued and future growth. Direct and manage facilities maintenance, tenant improvement, and capital projects, adhering to maintenance schedule, timeline, and budget accordingly. Manage third-party vendors, including building engineers and on-site contractors. Participate in property operations set-up, to include back-of-the house operations, major building equipment commissioning, and operations and engineering team oversight. Comply with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations. Engage, communicate, and build relationships with tenants, and address concerns or requests in a timely manner. Collaborate closely with regional team, supporting projects, tours, and tenant engagement requests as needed. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or commensurate with experience. Minimum 7 years of experience in property management, commercial real estate experience required. Strong technical knowledge and experience with complex building and management systems. Strong operations experience, knowledge, and experience with full life cycle of building preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Highly collaborative and experience managing and coaching direct reports. Strong financial analysis and reporting skills required. Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
