FHI employees are expected to be on-site 4-days per week. We also offer the unique benefit of allowing employees to temporarily work remotely up to 20 days per year based on business levels.

The Role:

Fanatics is seeking a Senior Invoice-To-Cash (ITC) Manager - responsible for leading a team in B2B billing, cash applications, credit, and collection of receivables. The AR Manager will help establish policies and procedures and implement best practices, ensuring timely billing and collections while protecting the organization against unnecessary risk and bad debt exposure.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage team resources and prioritize activities as required to drive operational excellence to consistently improve key performance indicators (KPI's) and service level agreements (SLA's); including providing weekly and monthly key AR metrics and disputes summaries to management.
  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end AR closing processes, Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) controls, and completion of internal and external audit requirements, etc.
  • Lead projects that involve transition of responsibilities to Shared Services and 3rd parties, Oracle Fusion system enhancements, integration, and implementation.
  • Oversee research and analysis on customer deductions, including shortage claims, pricing differences, and contractual allowances.
  • Partner with Sales, Credit and Legal to accommodate credit needs, mitigate credit risks and timely resolution of issues and disputes.
  • Organize workload for staff ensuring adequate backup and training plans for the team while ensuring segregation of duties controls are met.
  • Maintain process documentation, ensuring process changes are incorporated, reviewed, and approved in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships with key Fanatics customers and internal departments, including Sales, Finance and Customer Service to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop team members.
What We're Looking for:
  • Ability to build solid working relationships with both internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of similar invoice to cash experience in a large organization preferred.
  • ERP system experience SAP/Oracle/Workday/D365 strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience leading an Accounting/Finance/Shared Service team.
  • Strong Excel skills, including LOOKUP and PivotTables
