Specialist to join our team to help us define and execute the testing strategy to validate the upgrade is seamless for our business teams and customers. The person will be responsible for documenting mappings, documenting testing strategies, generating testing files, coordinating with customers, executing end-to-end testing, and reporting validation progress. This role will be a crucial part of our integration and testing team, working closely with the Business EDI solution leader, Boomi integrations specialist, and Opentext EDI solution vendor. Key Responsibilities: Documentation: Document detailed mappings for Oracle EBS and EDI transactions. Develop comprehensive testing strategies for EDI implementations. Create and maintain detailed documentation for testing processes and results. Testing: Generate testing files based on documented mappings and testing strategies. Execute end-to-end EBS transaction testing for EDI transactions (Customer Order, Order acknowledgement, Invoice), ensuring accuracy and compliance with business requirements. Coordinate with customers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth testing processes and timely issue resolution. Monitor and report validation progress, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues. Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination with the Business EDI solution leader, Boomi integrations specialist, and Opentext EDI solution vendor. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to ensure successful EDI stack migration and testing. Reporting: Provide weekly updates and detailed reports on validation progress to stakeholders. Highlight any risks or issues encountered during the testing process and propose solutions to mitigate them.
