Brigham and Women's Primary Care Associates at Norwood is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible (BC/BE) Internal Medicine Physicians or Family Medicine Physicians with a focus on adult care to join our patient-centered, adult medicine practice in the charming town of Norwood, MA. Brigham and Women's Primary Care Associates in Norwood is actively seeking a compassionate and experienced Primary Care Physician to inherit a partial patient panel and join our esteemed team of Physicians and Physician Assistants. Together, we deliver unparalleled care to the residents of Norwood and neighboring areas. Strategically situated less than an hour from Boston, Norwood offers residents the best of both worlds - convenient access to the city's vibrant culture and amenities, coupled with the tranquility of a suburban lifestyle. Surrounding communities feature a variety of outdoor activities and are home to some of the state's leading school systems.
Our clinics focus on providing patient-centered, high-quality team-based care, and education. Our team leverages knowledge analytics to provide population health. We embrace the care of the whole patient with multidisciplinary teams to provide expanded services. Delve into patient-focused practice while embracing a team and value-based population health management approach. This role requires at least 6 sessions, or full time 8 (4 hour) sessions per week.
