President & Chief Operating Officer - Residential Contractor Services; Private Equity<br><br>Our client is a leading multi-location residential contractor services company that is in a mode of rapid growth and expansion via add-on acquisitions and organic initiatives. The company has a storied history of delivering unmatched customer service and high-quality workmanship while providing an ever-growing list of capabilities to their core service offerings. The company is currently backed by a leading private equity investor with a focus on elevating process to support organic and acquisitive growth with the goal of taking the company through a liquidity event over the next three to four years.<br><br>The President and Chief Operating Officer will have full P&L responsibility and will be a strong right hand to the CEO. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the business, with a focus on creating equity value through process improvement, professionalization and change management. The President & COO will have the aptitude to be both strategic and hands-on and will have proven success in building out a scalable organization, while driving and managing strong topline growth and increased profitability. You will be capable of overseeing a driven management team and will have the ability to shape the culture of a technical field workforce, elevating overall company performance across all functions. The successful candidate will have deep B2C experience preferably within residential contractor services (ex: plumbing, HVAC, pest control, landscaping, etc.) and will have led creative go-to-market activities to out-pace the competition. The President & COO will have led both the operational and commercial functions in their career and may have served as a division leader or business unit manager out of a large organization where they have developed a solid foundation of process and best practices. This role requires a high-energy, focused leader who can manage through metrics and KPIs and lead from the front.<br><br>There will be an attractive compensation package on offer, which includes a competitive base salary, bonus and compelling equity incentive.
