We are looking for a Paint Department Supervisor for our 2nd shift in response to growth within our company.
This is a 2nd Shift position: 5 day work week, 8 hour shifts, 2:00pm-10:30pm.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Paint Department Supervisor for our 2nd shift in response to growth within our company.

What you will get to do
- Ensuring the effective operation of paint lines.
- Help in checking product standards
- Ensures quality control of products.
- Knowledgeable in health and safety strategies.
- Supervising and inspiring team of workers and reviewing the work performance of subordinates.
- Ability to solve problems in production area.
- Ability to motivate others.
- Apply proper paint techniques to all assigned paint projects
- Load and unload items from paint stations
- Safely, accurately and efficiently operate any machinery used in the paint process or in assisting machine operators.
- Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
- Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
- Start machines or equipment to begin paint processes.
- Record operational or production data.
- Watch operating equipment to detect malfunctions
- 3 + years of industrial painting experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Internal applicants must have 1 year of experience at Re:Build CDI in the paint department
