An established Int’l technology/engineering company is seeking an office administrator in their office in Washington DC. Responsibilities: 1. Executive Support Arrange business travel (hotel, flight, limousine, etc.) Processing expenses/travel reimbursements. Preparation and filing of letters and documents. Arrange meeting rooms and business dinners. 2. Office Administration Handling visitors and telephone calls. Preparation and processing of invoices. Sending and receiving mail and packages. Managing office supplies and office equipment. – Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities – Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff – Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating employee training – Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity – Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed – Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner – Maintain and organize files, records, and documents both electronically and in hard copy – Assist with budget management by tracking expenses and preparing reports – Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services – Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Proficient in office management software such as Microsoft Office Suit Excellent verbal and written communication skills Japanese language skills required #J-18808-Ljbffr
