These are fully remote positions, with all necessary equipment and software provided.
Our client is a fast-growing BIM and VDC service that serves clients across the US, and is looking to hire both Junior-level and Senior-level Designers and Modelers to their team.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage BIM models for various projects.
* Assist the BIM Lead in coordinating BIM activities and workflows.
* Ensure the accuracy and quality of BIM models and related documentation.
* Participate in project meetings and provide updates on BIM activities.
* Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
* Create and maintain Revit families and CADmep items as needed.
* Support the implementation of BIM standards and best practices.
* Take on lead coordination duties for smaller projects as assigned by the BIM Lead.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (or in progress).
* Plumbing systems experience is a must!
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM within the AEC industry.
* Basic knowledge of Revit and other BIM software.
* Strong willingness to learn and develop BIM skills.
* Good communication and teamwork abilities.
* Content Creation or Programming Aptitude.
* Basic understanding of construction drawings and AEC disciplines.
* Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (preferred but not required).
* Knowledge of Scan to BIM Hardware, Software and workflows.
