Monticello, AR AREA Competitive Salary Relo: Yes Travel 0 to 10% Our client company is seeking an experienced Controller to function as a business partner with plant and financial management to effectively manage and control the local business. You must be willing to: • Be responsible for general & cost accounting/bill of materials/business analysis/ financial reporting/inventory accuracy/KPIs • Analyze/accurately report current month’s financial results to the plant/corporate management • Prepare weekly/monthly reports-compare to forecast/budget • Ensure accuracy of the inventory cycle audits/reported results/investigate/explain book to physical adjustments • Attend daily plant production meetings • Assure adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) • Maintain/promote safe work environment • Ensure that work area is free from any form of harassment Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY): • BA Accounting (CMA preferred) • Minimum 5 years heavy cost experience • Computer skills (Excel/ Pivot tables/Vlookup) • Ability to work with mathematical concepts (probability/statistical inference) • Ability to define problems/collect data/establish facts/draw valid conclusions Our client requests resumes be submitted in Word Doc format, '97-2003, with contact information outside a header Please tell us: Where do you currently reside?
