Responsibilities:

• Reading orders and preparing a vast array of menu items
• Safely operating kitchen equipment
• Coordinating food orders to support accurate and timely delivery
• Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards
• Following recipe and presentation standards to impress guests
• Labeling food and rotating properly
• Preparing pizzas off of our menu and based on custom orders
• Making, tossing, and stretching dough
• Washing and chopping vegetables
• Cutting, slicing, and grilling meats
• Cooking appetizers, like mozzarella sticks, garlic bread, and salads
• Maintaining a clean cooking station
• Completing various tasks delegated by kitchen manager or GM

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen or food experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Flexible availability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Coachable and Team-Oriented
• Ability to work through meal service without a break
• Good time management ability
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene
