Surgical Care Opportunities
We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our surgical team at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our surgeons in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect patient care, optimizing patient safety and working collaboratively with other team members.
- Screen patients, perform complete histories and physical examinations, and order/prescribe necessary medications and laboratory studies.
- Assist surgeons in the operating room, including handling tissue, providing exposure, and using instruments.
- Respond to emergency situations, such as trauma resuscitation, and provide instruction to patients on discharge information and home care.
Requirements:
- American Heart Association CPR Certification
- NCCPA Certification and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner license required
