Key Responsibilities- Provide Geriatric House Calls to older adults in their homes
- Deliver proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults
- A flexible schedule created by you, allowing you to work independently and manage your caseload effectively
- Professional growth opportunities, including continuing education credits and mentorship programs

- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
- A degree from an accredited physical therapy program
