Physical Therapist - Float Day Institute

Overview SSM Health Day Institute Physical Therapist - Part Time - Float O'Fallon, IL This part-time PT float position will be based out of the O'Fallon, IL Day Institute and cover 6 Day Institute locations - Florissant, O'Fallon IL, Kirkwood, Olive Crossing, Arnold and Bridgeton. This will ideally be a 3 day/24 hour work week and will require dual licensing for MO and IL in order to cover the clinics. SSM Health Day Institute is seeking a Physical Therapist to work in our specialized outpatient rehabilitation program. We have nine centers across the St. Louis Metro area serving individuals recovering from a traumatic injury or illness who no longer require 24-hour nursing or acute rehabilitative care. Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Therapist required.
