Proof of Everify or Attestation Please require if nurse is working on a compact license Proof of OSHA, HIPAA & Joint Commission required annual training. CORE testing is no longer required, either the signed attestation covering all required topics OR CORE testing is acceptable for Qualivis standards. Fit Test required 7 year criminal check within a year of start and updated annually. Must run all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years.
