Document Management - Assist in Managing MI Documentation ensuring consistency and quality of project files.

Support operations with project preparations prior to field activities. Respond to incoming calls/emails from clients to assist with project file inquiries. Maintain project tracking essentials throughout project cycles until completion. Ensure document control team achieves a 30day (max) delivery cycle after field inspections are complete. Oversee the mechanical integrity P drive to achieve an orderly structure of historical records. Maintain/ordering of sufficient supplies consumables for field personnel. Ensure other division of PROtect receive their document control support needs as necessary. Safety - Participate in monthly safety meetings. Follow PROtect safety standards and policies in the work environment. EnsureEH&S training is maintained as required. Commit to the Pledge to PROtect and uphold PROtect standards. Model excellent customer service, work ethic, professional attire and conduct, safety focus, and positive attitude. Teamwork - Foster strong team culture. Support and utilize resources from other PROtect locations with manpower and equipment when possible. Documentation - Review inspection reports and follow up with technicians for corrections/updates as needed. Requirements

Education, Certification and Work Experience

High School Diploma or GED Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Understand functions of windows explorer Valid driver's license Insurability through PROtect, LLC insurance carrier
