Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing and treating patients to promote optimal recovery and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore function.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Physical Therapist license issued by the state of Wisconsin.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) required within 6 months of hire, unless exempted by department leadership.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Experience: No prior experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Intermediate computer skills, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated organization, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Requirements:

• Commitment to maintaining annual educational requirements for hospital-based certifications (e.g., DNV, CARF, or others).
