Physical Therapist - Outpatient Opportunity

About the Role:

• As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services in our outpatient clinic.
• You will work closely with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, focusing on their specific needs and goals.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver specialized physical therapy services, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education on proper body mechanics and injury prevention.
• Engage with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote effective communication and collaboration.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
