By supporting patients and their families, you contribute to their ability to stay in their familiar environment, servicing East Polk County.
We offer flexible, part-time or per-diem scheduling for physical therapists seeking work/life balance and a sense of purpose in serving the local community.
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will plan and administer prescribed skilled physical therapy treatment, test/screen the patient's physical strengths, develop/implement a conditioning/rehabilitation program, confer with physicians, and provide supervision and evaluate staff performance.
Qualifications include a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, minimum of one year physical therapy experience, current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay Range: $84,600 - $116,300 per year
