Shift: Mon - Fri (8 am - 5 pm), 1 day set aside for admin work can be done from home
Responsibilities:
• Conduct health assessments including recording complete medical and psychosocial history
• Performs new patient consultations and routine follow-up care in collaboration with the physician, as appropriate
• Record symptoms
• Physically examine patients
• Order and interpret laboratory test results
• Maintain all necessary medical documentation of office visits and procedures performed
• Develop a treatment plan that may include medications, adjuvant therapies, and interventional pain procedures

Requirements:
• Master in Nursing
• Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
